However, all NFTs will have the opportunity to keep the NFT and receive security tokens after launch equal to the value paid for the NFT, subject to compliance with applicable securities regulations. The Global NFT will also receive security tokens and, subsequently, hotel equity through the same regulatory process. This conversion will require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, similar to the process of setting up a digital wallet. The tokenization process will begin following the successful PARQ NFT launch.
