A Growing Hotel Portfolio

PARQ Street is assembling a portfolio of boutique, Hyatt, four- and five-star hotels throughout Europe starting with the 47-room Olabarri, Palace in Bilbao, Spain. A beautiful palace that will be converted to a Hyatt Unbound Collection, Five Star Hotel. The San Sebastian Hotel in San Sebastian, Spain that is currently being renovated and set to open Apri1 2025 which will also be branded a Hyatt Hotel. In addition to the two hotels in Spain, PARQ Street is closing on the Tuscany National Resort & Spa in Tuscany, Italy. A boutique hotel and golf resort that will be re branded to a Hyatt Resort property.

Targeted Yields

PARQ Street will be targeting existing hotels and assets that need to be renovated and converted to a Hyatt property. Target IRR is always 22% or more annually. Most deals are higher. With token staking, we can bring these yields up much higher.
